Job Title: Lettings Negotiator

Join Laskowski & Co, a well-established estate agents, chartered surveyors, and registered valuers with over 150 years of experience. We offer services in residential and commercial property sectors, including sales, lettings, property management, and professional advisory services.

As our residential lettings department grows rapidly, we are seeking a Lettings Negotiator based in Falmouth. We welcome candidates with experience in residential lettings, but are also open to individuals from diverse backgrounds with transferable skills.

This is a full-time (5 days/week + Saturday on rota) or part-time position, with experience with Alto (or similar platforms) preferred.

Responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating and conducting viewings
2. Collecting and delivering prompt viewing feedback
3. Handling enquiries and applications
4. Recommending tenants and agreeing tenancies, including legal compliance
5. Registering landlords and tenants on Alto
6. Responding to inquiries and making outbound calls
7. Potential property management tasks
8. Managing database entries and scheduling appointments
9. Ensuring compliance

The ideal candidate must have a driving license and reliable car.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £23,000 - £35,000 per year, dependent on experience

Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays, increasing with tenure

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, with Saturday rota
