Job summary

Homes England is seeking an Assistant Manager - Capital Projects to support delivery of enabling and infrastructure works for residential-led development. You will coordinate projects, compile monthly reports, monitor risks and ensure health and safety compliance, working with a professional technical team.

You will contribute to drafting scopes, works information and tender documents for enabling and infrastructure works while supporting multiple projects with technical issues and

Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in engineering, construction, surveying or related technical discipline.
• Experience in project management and/or cost management for construction/infrastructure/housing projects.
• Awareness of contract forms, including NEC and JCT.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of enabling and infrastructure works to unlock residential led development.
• Coordinate monthly reporting of projects, track programme risks and deliverables, and monitor H&S responsibilities.
• Provide technical and commercial advice to derisk and unlock land for development.
