• Conduct Health & Safety and Fire Risk assessments in occupied residential buildings and estates.
• Identify hazards, evaluate risk, and provide justifications for risk ratings.
• Produce concise reports and action plans with clear ownership and timescales.
• Liaise with property managers, contractors and site teams to plan inspections and remedial works.
• Verify completion and effectiveness of actions through follow-up re-inspections.
