Job summary

You will work with contractors, maintain records, and respond to on-site calls outside office hours as required, contributing to a safe, clean, and well-run community environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English written and verbal communication.
• Awareness of health & safety onsite.
• Willingness to undertake repairs in domestic residential settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance in domestic settings including plumbing, carpentry, decorating.
• Undertake minor day-to-day repairs and decoration of buildings, grounds and equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors and record maintenance activities.
• Ensure statutory testing and safety checks are completed on site.
