IWFM is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in West London. The role offers hybrid working and a salary of £40,000–£45,000 with a generous benefits package.

You will manage both hard and soft FM services, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance across the portfolio. The successful candidate will have experience in residential property compliance, third-party management, and ideally IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications, with knowledge of HRBs and the

• Experience in residential property compliance and third-party management.
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is advantageous.
• Knowledge of HRBs and the Fire Safety Regulations (England) would be beneficial.
