Job summary

Hexagon Group is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day facilities management of a residential portfolio across West London. The role focuses on maintaining high standards, safety compliance and delivering both hard and soft FM services with external providers.

You will monitor health and safety, ensure statutory compliance and manage records, inspections and audits. A background in building safety legislation (FSER, Golden Thread, BSA) and HRB experience is valuable.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property facilities management with HRBs.
• Strong knowledge of Fire Safety (England) Regulations, Building Safety Act and Golden Thread.
• Familiarity with property management systems and compliance tracking platforms.
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification advantageous; IWFM or RICS membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities management of a residential portfolio.
• Monitor health and safety compliance and statutory requirements across the portfolio.
• Deliver hard and soft FM services: cleaning, security, and M&E maintenance.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure service levels and KPIs are met.
• Maintain records, inspections and audits; manage compliance platforms.
