Job summary

EcoFlow in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive remote/on-site technical support specialist to serve residential energy storage products. You will troubleshoot issues, deliver product knowledge to partners, and help resolve customer concerns across the UK.

The role requires a technical degree, at least 2 years in technical support or field service, willingness to travel within the UK, fluent English, and bonus for Chinese. You will contribute to training and on-site guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Electronic Engineering, Automation, or another relevant technical discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, technical service, or field after-sales service.
• Willingness to travel within the UK as required for on-site technical support.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Chinese language proficiency is a strong plus.
• Experience in residential energy storage, solar PV, inverters, batteries, or related renewable energy technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site after-sales technical support for residential energy storage products across the UK, troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues.
• Collect and consolidate product and quality issues reported from the field, and elevate relevant findings to headquarters teams for further analysis and resolution.
• Maintain localized FAQs and on-site operation guidelines, and implement repair and technical manuals provided by headquarters.
• Deliver new product and technical training to local channel partners and installers.
• Collaborate closely with local sales teams to manage urgent after-sales issues and customer complaints, ensuring smooth project delivery and a positive customer experience.
