Job summary

Ian Williams is seeking a qualified Domestic Electrician for planned refurbishments across Stroud, Gloucester and Cheltenham. You’ll perform domestic wiring, tests and certifications, while upholding safety and communicating clearly with clients and site teams.

The role offers a guaranteed 39-hour week, a competitive base salary and potential bonuses, plus a company van, fuel card and benefits such as pension and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Qualified to NVQ 3 level as an Electrician or similar body, with 18th Edition required and AM2 essential.
• Relevant City & Guilds qualifications and testing/inspection credentials are preferred.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential to undertake the role.

Responsibilities

• Completing domestic works such as wiring sockets, fuse spurs, fans, lights, showers and pumps, and renewing CCUs with testing/certification.
• Maintain health and safety standards and communicate/site-record actions clearly.
• Deliver excellent customer service in occupied properties in a customer-facing environment.
