Job summary

TT Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in London with regular travel to sites nationwide. You will support Senior Project Managers on planning, disposals, demolition and development activities, contributing to budgets, surveys and contracts.

The successful candidate will be RICS qualified or working towards APC, with a developing track record in residential development project support and strong IT and communication skills.

Qualifications

• RICS qualified or APC in progress
• Residential development project support experience
• Good understanding of construction standards and detailing
• Experience with consultant/contractor agreements e.g. JCT

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers on delivery of planning, disposals and development
• Assist with consultant appointments and construction contracts
• Tender technical surveys and reports and interpret them
• Support budgeting, programming, risk, change and reporting
• Assist with project budgets with Senior Project Managers and Commercial Manager
• Ensure collateral warranties and insurances are in place
• Support commercial activities across projects
• Assist nationwide disposal of assets
