Job summary

TT is seeking a Project Manager to join its Projects Team in London, supporting development activity across planning, disposals and due diligence, with nationwide site travel. You will manage technical and construction aspects, budgets and contracts while coordinating with the wider team.

The successful candidate will be RICS qualified with a proven residential development background and be prepared to work with Senior Project Managers to take ownership of projects.

Qualifications

• RICS qualification and experience in residential development project management.
• Knowledge of development activity from planning through to delivery and sales.
• Experience with budgeting, risk, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical and construction aspects of planning, disposals and development.
• Negotiate and manage consultant appointments and construction contracts.
• Tender and interpret technical surveys and reports.
• Support programs, progress, cost, risk, and reporting.
• Manage project budgets with the Commercial Manager.
• Ensure collateral warranties and insurances are in place.
• Assist commercial activities across planning, disposals and development.
• Support nationwide disposal of commercial and residential assets.
