Job summary

TT in London seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, disposals, demolition and development activity across a nationwide portfolio. You will work with Senior Project Managers to gain experience and ownership while receiving full guidance and support.

The role requires RICS qualification or progress towards APC, with residential development experience and a proactive, analytical mindset. Willingness to travel nationwide and a full driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• RICS qualified, recently qualified, working towards or committed to APC.
• Residential new build and refurbishment experience supporting the management of projects, particularly residential.
• Good understanding of technical construction standards and detailing.
• Good understanding of consultant and contractor agreements, e.g. JCT.
• Willingness to travel to sites nationwide; full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers on delivery of technical and construction aspects of planning, disposals, and development.
• Assist with consultant appointments and construction contracts alongside Commercial Manager.
• Tender technical surveys and reports; interpret them.
• Support programming, progress, cost, risk, change management and reporting.
• Assist with project budgets with Senior Project Managers and Commercial Manager.
• Ensure collateral warranties and insurances are in place for each appointment and contract.
• Support commercial activities across planning, disposals and development projects.
• Support the wider team in the disposal of commercial and residential property assets nationwide.
• Liaise with external consultants, contractors, surveyors and solicitors throughout project delivery.
