QED Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner for a fully remote residential property role. The successful candidate will join an established team handling a varied caseload with strong admin support and access to advanced conveyancing technology.

You will manage approximately 70 files and focus on quality and complexity rather than volume, with support from a dedicated conveyancing assistant and near

Competenze

• 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to handle complex transactions with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with clients and colleagues.

Mansioni

• Handle approximately 70 files at any one time with focus on quality and complexity.
• Manage Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases.
• Oversee transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Provide high‑quality client service throughout the conveyancing process.
• Manage own caseload effectively and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated conveyancing assistant.
