Based at our office locations, you will manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion, liaising with clients and agents to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential conveyancing is essential.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• IT proficiency and ability to navigate case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Liaise with clients and agents to ensure a seamless transaction process.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, leases and related documents.
• Provide clear updates on progress and costs to clients.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
