Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join a busy Property team in Norwich, Norfolk. You will manage a varied conveyancing caseload and benefit from flexible hybrid working and clear career progression.

The role requires independence in handling freehold and leasehold matters, strong client care and the ability to work with lenders, agents and other solicitors to deliver excellent service.

Formación

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancer.
• Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Well organised with ability to manage multiple matters.
• Proactive and commercially minded approach.
• Experience using case management systems would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Oversee transfers of equity and remortgages.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice throughout transactions.
• Maintain high standards of client care and regulatory compliance.
• Support department growth through excellent client service.
