Law Staff Legal Recruitment is seeking a confident Residential Conveyancer or Conveyancing Lawyer to join a client’s Residential Property department in Norwich. You will handle a full caseload of conveyancing transactions and provide clear guidance to clients throughout the process.

The role welcomes qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience candidates and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
Provide clear and concise advice to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process.
Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents related to residential conveyancing.
Manage transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring deadlines are met, and clients are kept fully informed.
We ensure all employees receive the training for the anti-money laundering regulations, meet the Lexcel standards and compliance within the property industry.
