Spire Solicitors LLP is recruiting for licensed conveyancers, legal executives, or solicitors to join our Residential Conveyancing team across multiple offices. You will handle varied property transactions, work closely with buyers, agents and investors, and drive a high standard of client service.

This fast-paced role demands accuracy, teamwork and initiative. The role offers exposure to a broad caseload, opportunities for business development, and a supportive team environment within Spire

Qualifications

• Newly qualified solicitors or experienced fee earners.
• Experience in residential conveyancing with a fee-earning target.
• Hold relevant legal qualifications.
• Committed to providing excellent client care with commercial awareness.
• Strong time management, IT and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Team player in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing from instruction to completion.
• Meet with clients and agents to ensure seamless transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, leases and related documents.
• Provide support and advice throughout the conveyancing process.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial requirements.
• Maintain accurate records for each transaction.
• Monitor costs and aged debt disbursements on matters.
• Keep clients informed on progress and costs.
• Lead and support staff and other team members.
• Engage in business development and networking to promote services.
