Responsibilities

• Independently manage your own caseload from initial instruction to post completion.
• Handle a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a full residential property caseload with minimal supervision.
