Chadwick Nott seeks an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join a busy property team in Gloucester. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion across a range of residential transactions.

You will ideally hold Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive qualifications with a proven track record in independent conveyancing. A supportive, team-oriented culture is offered with competitive salary and benefits.

• Work closely with colleagues to progress transactions efficiently and professionally.

Residential Conveyancing Lawyer – Gloucester

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join a busy and friendly property team.

You’ll manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, dealing with a wide range of residential transactions, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• New build and Help to Buy transactions
• Shared ownership and leasehold matters

This is a client-facing role, so you’ll build strong relationships and deliver a high standard of service throughout the conveyancing process. You’ll also work closely with colleagues to ensure transactions are progressed efficiently and professionally.

Candidate Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is confident running their own caseload and committed to providing excellent client care.
You will ideally have:

• Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or equivalent experience
• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge across a range of property transactions
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
