Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Caseload will include: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build transactions, shared ownership, and general residential property work.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, estate agents, and local referrers.
