Pertemps Southwest & Wales is recruiting a Residential Property Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join a Bristol-based team. You will work alongside the Director, managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload while benefiting from a flexible hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor.
• Experience independently managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload.
• Excellent knowledge of residential property law.
• Strong communication and client care skills.
• Ability to work both independently and with the Director/team.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Manage remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.
• Deliver exceptional client service at all stages of the conveyancing process.
• Build relationships with clients, estate agents and mortgage brokers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with growth of the residential property department.

The Role

As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will work alongside the Director and be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Managing remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.
• Delivering exceptional client service throughout every stage of the conveyancing process.
• Building strong relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other property professionals.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
• Assisting with the continued growth and success of the residential property department.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• A minimum of 5 years' PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor.
• Proven experience managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Excellent technical knowledge of residential property law.
• Outstanding communication and client care skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
