Job summary

FDL Kirkcaldy is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our well established firm. You will take ownership of a varied caseload and deliver exceptional service to clients across Fife and beyond.

Qualified in Scotland with current practising certificate, you will handle purchases, sales and remortgages, maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the residential property team. We offer a competitive salary and a supportive culture.

FDL Kirkcaldy is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our well established and growing firm.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a strong background in Scottish residential conveyancing who is looking to take ownership of a varied caseload while delivering exceptional service to clients across Fife and beyond.

The Role:

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Handling purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title and new build transactions
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professional contacts
• Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and compliantly
• Supporting the continued growth and success of the residential property department
• Delivering an outstanding client experience and maintaining the firm's strong local reputation

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor in Scotland holding a current practising certificate
