Job summary

FDL Kirkcaldy is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our well established firm. You will take ownership of a varied caseload and deliver exceptional service to clients across Fife and beyond.

Qualified in Scotland with current practising certificate, you will handle purchases, sales and remortgages, maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the residential property team. We offer a competitive salary and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in Scotland with current practising certificate.
• Significant experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of Scottish property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and client care.

Responsibilities

• Manage full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Handle purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title and new build transactions.
• Maintain relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals.
• Ensure transactions progress efficiently and compliantly.
• Support growth of the residential property department.
• Deliver outstanding client experience and maintain local reputation.
