G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor in Ayrshire to manage a personal caseload from instruction to settlement within a permanent role offering flexible working and clear career progression.

Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Ayrshire (2+ PQE)

Joining a highly respected Ayrshire firm, you'll run your own residential conveyancing caseload with full support, in a permanent role offering flexible working and genuine career progression.

The firm is looking for a confident, personable solicitor with at least 2 years PQE who enjoys managing their own caseload and is keen to take the next step in their career.

The role

You'll manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to settlement, acting for clients on purchases, sales and refinancing. Work will include submitting offers, negotiating and concluding missives, examining title, preparing dispositions and standard securities, handling LBTT returns and registering titles with the Registers of Scotland.

You'll be the main point of contact for your clients, guiding them through each stage of the process and building lasting relationships that lead to repeat and referral work.

About you

This role would suit a solicitor who:

• Has a minimum of 2 years PQE
• Has solid experience of Scottish residential conveyancing
• Is confident managing their own caseload
• Is friendly, approachable and client-focused
• Is looking to progress their career within a supportive firm
