Frasia Wright Associates in Scotland is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy property team in South Lanarkshire. This role offers a supportive environment for a junior solicitor to develop their career handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters while working alongside experienced colleagues.

You will manage a pipeline from instruction to completion, draft and review missives and documents, and liaise with clients, lenders and agents to deliver excellent client

Competenze

• At least 1 year's PQE in Scottish conveyancing.
• Experience in Scottish conveyancing matters.
• Familiarity with LawWare or similar case management system advantageous.
• Strong organisational, communication and client relationship skills.

Mansioni

• Managing residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
• Preparing and reviewing offers, missives and conveyancing documentation, and reporting on title.
• Ordering and reviewing property searches, drafting documents, and ensuring progress.

This successful Scottish law firm is recruiting a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy property team in South Lanarkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative team, handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters while working alongside experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to completion, including purchases, sales, remortgages and discharges
• Preparing and reviewing offers, missives and conveyancing documentation, as well as examining and reporting on title
• Ordering and reviewing property searches, preparing draft documentation and ensuring matters progress efficiently
• Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and other solicitors while delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process

Applicants should have at least 1 year's PQE and experience in Scottish conveyancing matters. Familiarity with LawWare or similar case management systems would be advantageous. Candidates should possess excellent organisational, communication and client relationship skills, together with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively as part of a team.
