Job summary

Errington Legal Recruitment Limited represents a top regional law firm seeking a Residential Conveyancing Senior Associate in Suffolk with hybrid working. You will manage your own caseload of conveyancing matters, develop long-term client relationships, and actively participate in business development.

The role requires a solicitor or legal executive with at least 5 years’ experience in conveyancing, a strong understanding of property law, and excellent drafting and research skills.

Qualifications

• Caseload management of conveyancing matters such as sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years in a conveyancing environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Strong drafting and legal research abilities.

• Manage your own caseload of conveyancing matters
• Developlong term client relationships and play an active role in business development
• Pursue referral agreements with local and national Agents
• Promote and cross sell the services of the firm with all external clients

You

• Have experience of managing a caseload of property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar and comparable environment
• Comprehensive understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
• Skilled at building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
