Job summary

Clear IT Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join our busy Norwich team. You will manage a varied conveyancing caseload with hybrid working options and clear pathways for career progression.

Key duties include handling freehold/leasehold transactions, transfers of equity, remortgages and new build projects, while delivering excellent client care and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancer.
• Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Well organized with the ability to manage multiple matters.
• Proactive and commercially minded approach.
• Experience using case management systems would be advantageous.

Requirements
