Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is recruiting a Residential Conveyancer in the UK to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently from instruction to completion.

You will develop client relationships, handle freehold and leasehold transactions, and maintain high standards of accuracy and service while contributing to the firm’s growth and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Residential conveyancing experience with ability to manage matters independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Excellent client care and timely file handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Build lasting client relationships and provide proactive case updates.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and firm procedures.

Who are you?

• Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years' PQE
• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions
• Strong technical ability, attention to detail and excellent client care skills
• A proactive, commercially aware approach to managing files and deadlines
