Job summary

Clayton Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal in Woking for a full-time, office-based role from 9am to 5pm. You will support fee earners in residential conveyancing and work in a specialist property law environment that values hands-on exposure to the full process.

This is ideal for someone who already understands residential conveyancing and wants to further develop their property law knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential conveyancing/property law.
• Confident dealing with clients and third parties.
• Organised, proactive and detail-focused.

Responsibilities

• Supporting fee earners with residential conveyancing matters.
• Dealing directly with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties.
• Managing and updating the firm’s case management system.
• Preparing correspondence and legal documentation.
• Providing regular updates and handling client enquiries.
• Assisting with exchange and completion.
• Preparing completion statements and requesting funds.
• Processing payments and supporting accounts administration.
• Using HM Land Registry and other online systems.
• Keeping matters progressing accurately and within deadlines.
