Job summary

CRA Consulting is recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor for its Chesterfield office. You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling matters such as sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.

We seek a Qualified Solicitor (NQ+ PQE) with experience in residential conveyancing, excellent client care, and strong attention to detail.

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ+ PQE) with residential conveyancing experience.
• Ability to handle a varied caseload with client care at the forefront.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build transactions, shared ownership.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties throughout the transaction.
• Deliver high-quality client care and work as part of a collaborative team.

With a strong and loyal client base, the firm continues to invest in the growth of its residential property department and is looking to appoint an ambitious solicitor who is keen to develop their career within a collaborative environment.

Whether you are a Newly Qualified Solicitor or have several years of post-qualification experience, this role offers the opportunity to handle a varied caseload with excellent support and genuine opportunities for progression.

The Opportunity

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, dealing with a wide variety of matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties throughout the transaction
• Delivering exceptional levels of client care

About You

The successful candidate will:

• Be a Qualified Solicitor (NQ+ PQE)
• Have experience handling residential conveyancing matters, either during training or post qualification
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
• Be organised with strong attention to detail
• Enjoy working as part of a collaborative and supportive team
• Be motivated to build a long-term career within a successful and growing practice
