Job summary

Kamro Limited T/A Tenex, a well-regarded law firm, seeks an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Fee Earner to join its Property team in Rotherham. You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, delivering expert advice and a smooth client experience.

You will handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions, while liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors,

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer or CILEX lawyer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner.
• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication and client care abilities.
• Proactive approach and ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Managing remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors.
• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with SRA regulations, lender requirements and internal procedures.
• Delivering an exceptional client experience through clear communication and proactive case management.
