Job summary

Andy File Associates Ltd in Rotherham is seeking an Experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing property team. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering a professional and client-focused service while meeting tight deadlines.

The role requires strong knowledge of residential property transactions, freehold and leasehold dealings, and the ability to liaise with clients, agents and lenders to progress matters efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.

• Dealing with transfers of equity.
• Handling new-build and more complex residential property transactions.
• Managing shared ownership matters.
• Reviewing title documentation, searches and enquiries.

• Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

Experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

This is an excellent opportunity for an Experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join the growing property team of a well-established firm of solicitors based in Rotherham.

Our client is looking for an experienced individual who is confident managing their own residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion, delivering a professional, efficient and client-focused service.

Location: Rotherham
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Arrangement: Office-based with 1 day working from home for title checks and focused work
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

The Role

As an Experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring clients receive a high standard of service throughout the conveyancing process.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner who can confidently manage their own caseload with minimal supervision.

You will ideally have:

• Proven experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong knowledge of residential property transactions and conveyancing procedures.
• Experience handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• The ability to manage transactions independently from instruction through to completion.
• Excellent communication, organisational and client-care skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• A proactive, professional approach and the ability to work effectively within a busy property team.

Highly advantageous, but not essential:

• Experience dealing with unregistered land.
• Shared ownership experience.
• New-build conveyancing experience.
• An established referrer network or following.
