GMP Recruitment Agency Limited are recruiting on behalf of our client, a forward-thinking law firm, who are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Associate or Senior Associate to join their established team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE, a strong technical background, and a proven track record.

You will manage a varied caseload and develop relationships with clients, agents and referrers, while supporting growth and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX professional or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years' PQE or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Established client following, referral network or professional contacts.
• Proactive business development and ability to develop relationships and generate opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle sales and purchases, freehold/leasehold, remortgages, shared ownership and lease extensions.
• Provide clear, practical, commercially focused advice throughout transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents, referrers and professionals.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen referral networks.
• Deliver outstanding client experience and high standards of service.
• Utilise case management systems and conveyancing technology to ensure efficiency.

The Role:

• Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion.
• Handling sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages, shared ownership and lease extensions.
• Providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice throughout the transaction process.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, referrers and other professional contacts.
• Developing new business opportunities while strengthening existing referral networks.
• Delivering an outstanding client experience and maintaining high standards of service.
• Using case management systems and modern conveyancing technology to ensure an efficient and effective service.
