Job summary

Jobs-In-Law is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Associate or Senior Associate with 5+ years PQE to join our team. You'll manage your own caseload from instruction to completion, handling sales, purchases, remortgages, shared ownership, and lease extensions.

You will build and maintain client relationships through practical advice and exceptional service, and contribute to new business development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Excellent communication skills and established client base.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Associate or Senior Associate at least 5+ years PQE to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for an established conveyancer who has a strong track record, delivers an outstanding client experience and has an existing following/referral network.

You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of residential property matters, including (but not limited to):

• Sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• Remortgages
• Shared ownership
• Lease Extensions

You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong client and professional relationships through active business development, clear and practical advice, and through the delivery of exceptional client service.

About you:

• 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licenced Conveyancer
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Excellent communication skills
• An established following, client base and/or professional network
• The ability and appetite to generate new business and develop existing collaborative relationships
• A proactive, commercially minded approach
• Confidence using case management systems ad modern conveyancing technology
