TSR Legal is working with a well-established Cheltenham law firm to appoint a skilled Residential Conveyancer at Associate or Senior Associate level. You will manage a busy caseload, advising clients on sales, purchases, remortgages, shared ownership and lease extensions while delivering outstanding service.

• At least 5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Qualification as a Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• An established client following, referral network or professional connections.
• A proactive approach to business development and relationship management.
• A commercially focused mindset and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
• Confidence using case management systems and modern conveyancing technology.

Responsibilities

• You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Advise clients across a broad range of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases.
• Handle remortgages, shared ownership transactions, lease extensions, and other residential matters.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other professional contacts.
• Drive business development to generate new instructions.

Residential Conveyancer – Associate / Senior Associate

Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

TSR Legal is working with a well-established law firm in Cheltenham to appoint a skilled Residential Conveyancer at Associate or Senior Associate level.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established property lawyer to join a respected team, manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload and play an active role in the continued growth of the practice.

The firm is seeking a commercially minded individual with strong technical expertise, a commitment to delivering exceptional client service and an established network of clients or professional referrers.

The Role

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion, advising clients across a broad range of residential property transactions, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases


• Remortgages


• Shared ownership transactions


• Lease extensions


• General residential property matters

Alongside managing your caseload, you will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other professional contacts. Business development will be an important aspect of the role, with the opportunity to develop existing relationships and generate new instructions.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have:
