Eventus Legal in Malvern, Worcestershire, seeks a Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant for a full-time, permanent, fully office-based role. You will support an experienced residential property team, handling administration, file organisation and progression of transactions.

You will liaise with clients and counterparties, monitor deadlines, and help ensure smooth conveyancing workflows in a friendly, collaborative firm.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting residential conveyancing matters within a law firm.
• Strong administrative and file-management skills.
• Professional, client-focused manner and clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting fee earners with administration and progression of residential property transactions.
• Preparing, organising and maintaining conveyancing files, documentation and correspondence.
• Liaising with clients and other parties to help keep matters progressing.
• Monitoring tasks and deadlines and helping colleagues manage priorities.
• Providing flexible support across the residential property team as required.
