Qualifications

• Experience in residential conveyancing at least two years.
• Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
• Conduct property searches and prepare necessary legal documentation.
• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files.
• Provide administrative support to solicitors, ensuring seamless case progression.
