Job summary

Eventus Recruitment Group is seeking a Junior Residential Conveyancer for a full-time, permanent role based in Malvern, Worcestershire. The position is office-based and ideal for a Conveyancing Legal Assistant or Conveyancing Paralegal looking to progress into fee earning with supervision from an established residential property team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Conveyancing Legal Assistant or Conveyancing Paralegal within a residential conveyancing team.
• Sound practical understanding of residential conveyancing transactions in a legal support position.
• Ambition to develop fee-earning skills under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion under supervision.
• Developing direct client contact and communication skills under guidance of experienced fee earners.
• Preparing and reviewing transaction documentation, raising and responding to enquiries with supervision, and progressing matters toward exchange and completion.
• Liaising with estate agents, lenders, solicitors and others to keep transactions moving.
• Maintaining accurate files and developing the ability to manage your own matters under supervision.
