Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited is currently recruiting on behalf of a brand new client with offices in Warrington for a Conveyancing Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. The role is Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, offering a starting salary of £26,000–£28,000 depending on experience.

You will support fee earners with opening case files, client communications and file management, including preparing documents, searches, and updating case systems to keep property transactions

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in a residential conveyancing team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong time-management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage case files from instruction to completion.
• Communicate with clients, agents, and solicitors.
• Prepare documents and conduct searches.
• Update case management systems and handle post/email.
• Support fee earners to keep transactions moving smoothly.
