Job summary

GM Legal Recruitment is assisting a respected high street law firm in Hove to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal.

You will work 1-2-1 with an experienced fee earner, handling end-to-end residential conveyancing tasks and receiving on-the-job training to develop your career. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a supportive environment, clear progression, and a chance to learn the conveyancing process from file opening through to post-completion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a Conveyancing team.
• Good knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
• Experience assisting with sales, purchases and/or remortgages.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• A genuine team player.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end support on residential conveyancing matters from file opening to post completion duties and file closure.
• Work 1-2-1 with an experienced fee earner and provide key support.
• On the job training and support available for learning and development.
