CRA Consulting are delighted to be working with a well-respected regional law firm seeking a Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, or CILEX professional to manage a full caseload from instruction to completion in Derby.

Qualifications

• A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional
• Minimum of 3 years' PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experience
• Comfortable managing a full caseload with minimal supervision
• Committed to delivering a high-quality client experience
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware
• Looking for a role offering manageable caseloads, strong support and genuine career stability

Responsibilities

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Handling a broad range of residential property transactions
• Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction process
• Maintaining excellent standards of client care and communication
