CRA Consulting is delighted to be working with a well-established regional law firm as they recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their thriving property team in Mansfield. You will manage a varied caseload from instruction through to completion with a focus on delivering exceptional client care.

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives or experienced Conveyancers who can demonstrate strong technical knowledge across residential property

Qualifications

• Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge across residential property transactions.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• The ability to work efficiently within a busy team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Handle remortgages.
• Oversee transfers of equity.
• Manage shared ownership transactions.
• Handle new build matters.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties throughout the transaction.
• Deliver an exceptional level of client service at every stage.
