G2 Legal Limited is recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer to join its Derby team. You will manage a varied conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, supported by a collaborative, reputable firm with long-standing client relationships.

You will handle sales, purchases and remortgages, draft contracts, and provide practical guidance to clients. A proactive, client-focused approach and independence are highly valued at the firm.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Experienced in handling residential conveyancing matters.
• Able to manage a full caseload independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and property documentation.
• Provide clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction.
• Liaise with estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other third parties.
• Conduct searches, ensure regulatory compliance and meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate case management and supervise juniors when required.
