Job Title: Fully Remote Residential Conveyancer / Residential Property Solicitor Location: 100% Remote (UK-based) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Type: Full-Time / Permanent

The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer / Residential Property Solicitor, you will manage a broad range of residential property matters from start to finish. Working fully remotely, you'll have the autonomy to balance your workload while providing expert legal advice to our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

Manage residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equityConduct property searches, liaise with lenders, clients, and third partiesDraft and review contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documentsProvide clear and practical advice to clients on property matters and legal issuesEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and firm policiesMaintain accurate case records and ensure timely progression of matters

What They're Looking For

Qualified Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with relevant experience (ideally 2+ years PQE or conveyancing experience)Proven track record of managing a high volume of residential property cases efficientlyStrong knowledge of residential property law and proceduresExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and manage your own caseload remotelyProficient with case management software and digital communication toolsClient-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality service
