Clayton Legal is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a highly regarded regional law firm in Sheffield. You will manage your own diverse residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering practical advice and a high level of service.

Qualifications

• Qualified Residential Conveyancer with 5+ years' PQE or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Confident handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Handle a varied range of residential property transactions.
• Provide clear and practical advice to clients.
• Maintain excellent client care and communication.
• Work closely with colleagues and support staff.
• Contribute to the performance and continued development of the wider property team.
