Job summary

Conveyancing Direct Property Lawyers in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to mentor and develop a team, providing expert guidance on complex residential matters.

You will review freehold, leasehold, and registered transactions while ensuring compliance and high service standards. A strong coaching mindset and regulatory knowledge are essential to support colleagues and drive quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential conveyancing and broad range of property transactions.
• Strong coaching and leadership abilities to support and develop others.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentoring, coaching and supervision to a team of Property Lawyers.
• Review residential conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, and registered/unregistered transactions.
• Conduct detailed file reviews to ensure compliance, accuracy and risk management.
• Give clear, practical legal guidance on complex conveyancing matters and best practice.
• Support the Team Manager with operational oversight and process improvements.
• Promote strong communication, regulatory compliance and risk awareness across the team.
• Collaborate to maintain high service standards and positive client outcomes.
