Qualifications

• Proven residential conveyancing experience with the ability to run files independently.
• Qualify via Law degree/LPC/CILEx/Licensed Conveyancer or strong experience without formal qualifications.
• Confident using case management systems and digital workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a client-care focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload including freehold and leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Deliver clear, proactive client communication throughout transactions.
• Supervise and mentor junior/support staff.
• Support marketing, networking and business development activities.
• Provide cover for colleagues during absences.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing law and market trends.
