Job summary

Yolk Recruitment is partnering with a well-established South West firm to recruit a Residential Conveyancer in Frome. This hybrid role offers ownership of your own residential files from instruction through to completion, with support from a collaborative team.

You'll need at least three years’ fee-earning residential conveyancing experience and can run your own caseload. The firm welcomes qualified or non-qualified applicants and supports progression and study.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ fee-earning residential conveyancing experience.
• Ability to run your own caseload confidently.
• Open to both qualified and non-qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own your residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
• Handle title checks, contracts and enquiries, and keep clients, agents and lenders updated.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and seek guidance when needed.
