Meriden Media in South Wales is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to manage a full caseload from instruction through to completion.

You will handle sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors, while maintaining high client care.

Qualifications

• Ideally 2–3 years' conveyancing experience.
• Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• A proactive and professional approach to your work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a small, established team.

Responsibilities

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion.
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors.
• Preparing and reviewing contracts and legal documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
