Qualifications

• Experience in residential conveyancing is essential.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of UK property law and Land Registry procedures.

Responsabilités

• Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.
• Draft and review contracts, leases, and related documents.
• Conduct title checks and raise appropriate enquiries.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties.
• Ensure AML and GDPR compliance and maintain accurate case records.
