• Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive with residential conveyancing experience.
• Experience handling varied residential property transactions.
• Strong knowledge of UK property law and Land Registry.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions independently.
• Experience with conveyancing case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.
• Conduct title checks and review legal documents.
• Draft and review contracts, leases, and related documents.
• Communicate with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties.
• Ensure AML and GDPR compliance.
• Carry out searches and land registry applications.
• Provide expert advice on property transactions.
• Maintain accurate case management records.
